Hey, I’m Simon
Greetings from the coast of Seattle. As a tech and business writer by trade, I am a recent addition to the Enlightened Digital contributor team. The professional side of me has always enjoyed nerding out over the latest tech trends and entrepreneurial news, so writing about it all here feels like an easy transition.
Writing first piqued my interest in college when I joined the editorial club. There I spent much of my time contributing to our school’s monthly newsletter and maintaining a personal blog on whatever technologies and emerging trends I was into at the moment. Over the past several years I’ve been fortunate enough to extend my passion for writing and technology to a professional level. As a freelance writer, I can honestly say no two days are ever quite the same.
When I’m not writing or researching, I prefer to spend my days hiking and kayaking with friends. And as the Seattle stereotype suggests—I’m also a coffee feign and can almost always be found with a fresh cup in hand.
